Service Description
Private session with Stevie, running 45- 50 minutes in length, will include full-body focused workout, emphasizing fitness and/or rehabilitation goals. Reformer-based Pilates, incorporating individualized focus on posture and alignment may also include use of tower, Trigger Point products, reformer jumpboard, resistance bands/core ball, hand weights, gliders and Pilates ring.
